Extensively developed three properties on Gloucester Road. Projects ranging from six months to a year involving every aspect of construction. Including extensions, loft conversions, bathrooms, underfloor heating, complete re wiring, new kicthens and bathrooms.
Crescent Road, Ham
A grade II listed property, a classic Kingston house backing on to Richmond Park. Damp proofed and renovated the basement. Provided a brand new kitchen.
Oakway, Ashtead
Detached house converted from a three bed to a six bed house. We implemented a wraparound extension, with significant structural alternations. Loft conversion, brand new kitchen and underfloor heating.
Ashley road, Walton-on-Thames
A detached house that hadn’t been touched in over a hundred years. We carried out significant structural alterations, chimney removals and creation of two vaulted ceilings which sets this property apart.
